• Google Calendar Data (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar): Purpose: We access your calendar to detect new appointments, modify event titles (e.g., adding a '✅ Confirmed' or '❌ Canceled' emoji), schedule appointments, or send reminders, as defined by your automation.
• Google Drive Files Data (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file): Purpose: We use this permission to interact with specific spreadsheet files that you explicitly select through the official Google Picker interface. This allows us to automatically record appointment details (such as date, patient name, status, and call recordings) in your designated registration sheet. Important: We only access the files you choose directly via Google Picker. We do not access other files in your Google Drive without your specific selection.

Purpose of use:

Information obtained through APIs is used *exclusively* to execute the automation flows configured by the user and to provide the contracted service. we do not use this information for marketing purposes, nor do we sell, rent, or share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to the provision of the service.

Storage of access tokens:

We securely store OAuth access and refresh tokens provided by these services to maintain the connection to your services and allow your automations to run continuously without requiring constant re-authentication. these tokens are encrypted and used solely to interact with APIs on your behalf.

Service usage data

We collect information about how you interact with our platform (e.g., when you access, what flows you configure). this helps us improve our services and provide technical support.

Billing data

For billing purposes, we collect essential information such as name, email address, physical address, and payment details. this information is securely handled by our payment processing partners in accordance with their own privacy policies and PCI DSS standards. we do not directly store your full credit card information.

How we protect your data
