Data from integrated services (via APIs)

• Google sheets data: We access your spreadsheets to read and write data according to the automation flows you configure. this may include customer data, inventories, sales records, etc., always under your control and for your specified purpose.
• Google calendar data: We access your calendar to create, modify, or read events, schedule appointments, or send reminders, as defined by your automation.
• Google drive data: We request access to google drive storage primarily to facilitate the selection and linking of spreadsheet files within the automation flow configuration interface. we do not use this access for general manipulation or indiscriminate access to other file types in your cloud storage, but specifically for locating and operating with the spreadsheets that your automations interact with.
• Mail data: If your flows involve email interaction, we will access your email to send automated communications on your behalf or process incoming emails, always according to your flow's logic.
• Purpose of use: Information obtained through APIs is used *exclusively* to execute the automation flows configured by the user and to provide the contracted service. we do not use this information for marketing purposes, nor do we sell, rent, or share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to the provision of the service.
• Storage of access tokens: We securely store OAuth access and refresh tokens provided by these services to maintain the connection to your services and allow your automations to run continuously without requiring constant re-authentication. these tokens are encrypted and used solely to interact with APIs on your behalf.

Service usage data

We collect information about how you interact with our platform (e.g., when you access, what flows you configure). this helps us improve our services and provide technical support.

Billing data

For billing purposes, we collect essential information such as name, email address, physical address, and payment details. this information is securely handled by our payment processing partners in accordance with their own privacy policies and PCI DSS standards. we do not directly store your full credit card information.
