VocalWeb solutions offers workflow automation and customer interaction solutions using artificial intelligence-powered voice agents. our services include, but are not limited to: inbound agent, outbound agent, reminder agent, web informer agent, and cold caller agent, as well as the comprehensive 'support 2.0 system.' these services are Software as a Service (SaaS) in nature, designed to integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and other systems to optimize business operations.

2. Nature of services and acceptable use

Our services are software products that provide tools and automations. we are not direct human service providers (such as consulting, support, design, coaching), nor do we sell physical goods, nor do we facilitate cryptocurrency trading, gambling, or any other prohibited category. our core offering focuses on the provision and maintenance of AI-based software solutions for business process automation.

You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. you shall not use the services for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, or predatory practices, or practices that infringe upon the rights of third parties. you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents from your customers for VocalWeb solutions to access and process their data through any integrated APIs or other platforms.

3. Registration and accounts

To access and use our services, you may need to register an account. you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. you will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Access to third-party APIs

Our services interact with various APIs (e.g., Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, among others) to execute automations. by integrating these services, you grant us permission to access and process your data and your customers' data on these platforms, solely and exclusively for the purpose of providing the contracted service. you are responsible for configuring your API credentials and any necessary settings in your accounts for the proper functioning of the flows.

5. Pricing and payments

The prices for our services are detailed on our website www.vocalweb.club. payments are processed through our trusted partners. by making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment partners and any applicable billing or subscription policy. development payments are one-time for implementation, and maintenance payments are recurring monthly based on the contracted plan.

6. Intellectual property

All content, functionalities, and intellectual property associated with VocalWeb solutions and its services (including software, code, design, graphics, etc.) are owned by us or licensed to us. no license or right to our intellectual property is granted to you, except as necessary to use the services in accordance with these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

VocalWeb solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. we will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and/or sending an email notification. your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina. any dispute related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Rosa, Argentina.
